ROOM BLOCKS & ACCOMMODATIONS

A limited number of rooms will be available at a reduced group rate at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. Rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and further information regarding a room block registration will be available in the near future.

BONUS – ROOM GIVEAWAY

Guests who have purchased Gala tickets will be entered into a weekly raffle to win a free one night stay at the Hotel Fairmont Vancouver ($450 value) on the night of the event. The earlier you purchase your ticket, the more chances you’ll have of winning.

The buffet will include options to accommodate dietary restrictions (e.g., dairy-free, gluten-free). The full menu will be posted here once finalized.

PARKING

Yes, parking is available at and near the venue. We strongly encourage members to plan ahead and arrange safe transportation. Please do not drink and drive.

FAIRMONT HOTEL VANCOUVER PARKING PRICING

• Self-Parking: $66 CAD/night (includes in-and-out privileges). Increases to $70 CAD/night on August 1, 2025, due to a citywide tax hike.
• Valet Parking: $80 CAD/night. Increases to $85 CAD/night on August 1, 2025.
• Street Parking: Metered 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., maximum stay of 2 hours.

Electric vehicle charging is available on-site.

TRANSIT INSTRUCTIONS

The nearest Skytrain stations to the venue are Burrard Street and Granville Street Station (Expo Line) as well as Vancouver City Centre (Canada Line). The Last Trains departing each station are as follows:
