Keeping Safe in Freezing Temperatures

Many in B.C. are suffering through the freezing snap that descended on the province this week.

With temperatures continuing to lurk stubbornly below the freezing mark, both WorkSafeBC and Environment Canada are urging people to stay safe when they’re outdoors, especially if they have to brave the cold for an extended period of time.

Health & Safety Training courses available in December!

There are free safety courses available for Fall protection, Level 1 First Aid, and Swing Stage coming up in December!

Log on as a Member and select the Register for a Safety Course button to see a list of course times currently offered. You can enroll immediately using your computer or mobile device. When you enroll, you will receive an automated confirmation of your registration and will be sent a reminder 72 hours before the commencement of your selection.

All Safety Courses are held at the Finishing Trades Institute of B.C.

Register now….courses fill on a first come-first served basis with limited seating for each class.
